1. 1月25日，Mario Forever社区开启了“Planet of MF”关卡征集活动，指定Mario Forever游戏资源站为关卡提交处。
2. 1月29日，吧友“koopa4”提交了一份关卡。2月1日，“李泽LXVI”在B站上传了名为“Planet of MF通关录像”的该关卡视频。
3. Planet of MF活动拟于7月底截稿，在此之前关卡原则上仅在MF资源站群内传播，不得对外公开。“李泽LXVI”的视频违反了这一原则。
4. 由于“李泽LXVI”此前曾多次在资源站上传未经作者授权修改过游戏音乐的作品文件，资源站群主于2月2日下午将“李泽LXVI”移出Mario Forever游戏资源站。随后，“李泽LXVI”删除了视频。
5. 2月2日晚，“李泽LXVI”使用账号“王VIII蛋”在百度newlife2017吧发帖攻击资源站群主（MF社区站长）。帖子地址：https://tieba.baidu.com/p/7215263925

6. 2月3日至4日，“李泽LXVI”在MF社区“闲聊娱乐”版块大量顶起旧帖。“闲聊娱乐”版规规定“本版不限制挖坟，但禁止大量顶起社区管理规定定义的旧帖，否则按恶意挖坟处理。”，但未对“李泽LXVI”作出处罚。
7. 2月5日中午，newlife2017在“王VIII蛋”帖子下作出回应。

8. 2月4日上午，一名为“exxe88888”的用户使用邮箱“lize****0410@foxmail.com"以Discord用户“exxe88888”的名义在MF社区注册账号。MF社区管理员于2月5日晚通过了此人的注册申请。
9. 2月5日至6日，“exxe88888”在社区“谈天说地”分区发表多篇英文帖子。6日上午，QQ号“237****317”以"exxe88888”名义申请加入Mario Forever游戏资源站，该申请被该群管理员“s小s飞s侠s”通过。此QQ号进入资源站后，使用英文与吧友对话，宣称其中文水平不好。
10. 经查，“李泽LXVI”（社区UID：30）的注册地与“exxe88888”（社区UID：160）的注册地相同，最近使用的IP地址完全相同。据此可判定，“exxe88888”系“李泽LXVI”的小号。
11. “exxe88888”的相关行为系利用信息不对称，使社区吧友误以为其为Discord的外国人，从而达到重新进入资源站的目的。
12. 因“李泽LXVI”相关前科，现决定将“exxe88888”（QQ：237****317）移出Mario Forever游戏资源站。
13. “李泽LXVI”公开Planet of MF作品的行为违反了《Mario Forever社区管理规定》第二十九条：“在未经著作方同意的情况下，禁止故意剧透未发布的作品。”根据管理规定，对“李泽LXVI”及其小号“exxe88888”作出禁言7天的处罚。

Announcement of Kicking “Ze Li” off the Resource Station

And Related Information about “exxe888888” (In This Forum)

1. On Jan 25, This forum started “Planet of MF” level making project, where resource station is the submission area. Resource station is a QQ group (similar to discord channel) for collecting games and provide a convenient way to download as QQ (a Chinese local chatting software) has file storage service.
2. On Jan 29, “koopa4” submitted a level. On Feb 1, Ze Li (aka 七地一天, 7Di1Tian, 7Ground1Sky or Classic Yoshi 666 in Youtube) posted a video on bilibili names “Planet of MF Completed Video” which showed the content of the level.
3. The rule of the project disallows posting the content of levels before the deadline on July 2021. Posting video obviously break this rule.
4. Considering this and that Ze Li posted “muzyka edited version” games (games replacing the music with his own music without permission of the author), owner of resource station newlife2017 kicked Ze Li off the resource station on the afternoon of Feb 2.
5. On the evening of Feb 2, Ze Li use account “WVIID” (王VIII蛋, indicates swearing words in Chinese) to insult newlife2017 in Baidu Tieba. Link is given in the thread.
6. During Feb 3 and Feb 4, Ze Li replied old threads in “General Entertainment” (闲聊娱乐) section to disorder threads in the section. The rule of the section has that “Replying old threads is allowed, but you’re not supposed to do this on large amount of threads”, but staffs didn’t punish Ze Li.
7. At noon of Feb 5, newlife responded to the swearing thread of Ze Li in Tieba, explaining the reason of kicking-off.
8. On the morning of Feb 4, a user with id “exxe88888” using e-mail address lize****0410@foxmail.com signed up in this forum in the “exxe88888 from discord”. Staffs passed this application on the evening of Feb. 5.
9. During Feb 5 and Feb 6, “exxe88888” posted a large amount of threads in “General Main” (谈天说地) section in English. On the morning of Feb 6, “exxe88888” using QQ id “237****317” to join the resource station, and this is passed by xfx. After he enters the resource station, he spoke in English and claimed that his Chinese is poor.
10. After queries, Ze Li (uid: 30) and “exxe88888” (uid: 160) registered in the same location, and use the exactly same ip address. Therefore, account “exxe88888” is owned by Ze Li.
11. Ze Li uses information asymmetry between Chinese and Western MF community to deceive staffs and other users, to achieve the goal of entering resource station.
12. Considering Ze Li released productions and posted videos without permission using content from resource station for many times, staff decided to kicked “exxe88888” off the resource station.
13. Ze Li’s posting videos of unreleased production without permission break the rule 29 of this forum, so we made the disposition of muting “李泽LXVI” (Ze Li) and “exxe88888” for 7 days.
14. This doesn’t indicate exxe88888 in discord is Ze Li.

Greetings, this is José.
I would like to add my amendment that exxe8888 in Discord is Ze li. This exxe88888 user after failing to verify himself in the MF Discord server, he used 2 more accounts to join the server and one of them being "tian1di6" which is ze li. Therefore, the staff team has come to a conclusion that ze li has been in the MF Discord server long enough. For now, this "exxe88888" username is banned from the MF Discord server.
